The only thing that can be said of Pam Faris is that she is one incredible person, filled with energy and caring. Pam became Executive Director in 2008. Under her leadership and hard work, Haven of Hope for Kids was able to open our second cottage, doubling the number of families who come to us each year. When you meet Pam, you immediately feel like she is a best friend whom you've known for years. And, she is always there for you when you need her. If you want to volunteer, Pam will make sure you know exactly what to do to make people feel welcomed. She's an expert! |

Carola Walton, MSW
Program Director
Carola Walton, MSW, is our Program Director of the Haven For Hope For Kids. Additionally, Carola currentlyserves as a member of the Board of Trustees and is an active member of the St. Luke’s congregation. Ms. Walton has served for nine years as a social worker in New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. She has served patients with a wide variety of illnesses. She also has eleven years experience as a psychotherapist and family therapist. For twelve years she has been a volunteer with New York City’s Partnership for the Homeless. Her clients have been primarily one-parent families on welfare. Ms. Walton has extensive experience working with a multitude of poverty issues, including AIDS and drug addiction. |
